Who we are
This website is run by IT Operations Consultancy (iTOPC), an IT and operations consultancy based in the UK. We are responsible for the personal information you send us through this site.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss the work you have asked about. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who processes it
- Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our email inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical data such as your IP address to serve and protect the site. Visitor statistics are collected without cookies.
- Microsoft 365 holds our email.
We never sell or share your details for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to two years afterwards, unless we go on to work together, in which case they form part of our business records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Use the enquiry form to contact us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
